I just checked Amazon.com and it says:

This item will be published in August 2000.

I would think they have it now and just
have not updated their page.

I met Daryl several years ago
when he was at a Boulder Colorado Art Festival.
His work is beautiful and I am really sorry I
didn't buy one of his pieces. I learned my lesson
and now I buy when I know ,if I don't,
I will be sorry later.
He graciously spent a half hour talking
and sharing his expertise with me.
