Those of you that have experience with firing with oil burners, I would
like your input. I have a 58 cubic ft. wood kiln built around the Olsen
Fastfire design. However, I saltglaze and, therefore, built it with hard
firebrick. (And it ain't no "fastfire"!) According to Olsen, this design,
with the fire boxes located underneath the floor, is ideal for oil burners.
If anyone has converted from wood to oil, especially using this type of kiln
design, I would appreciate you sharing your experience. You can correspond
