My son in law is from Germany
and is a chef. Presentation is
everything to him. His food is
excellent, in my very biased=20
opinion, and it always is=20
presented well. He was=20
adamant about using white
plates. Large white plates.
Until he started watching the
Iron Chef on the Food Channel.
Now as he watches he comments
like, Look at those plates, Wow,
Mama can you make plates like
those. =20
I only wish.
