Tested on light grey, mid range stoneware, fired to 1220c oxidation. =20
Receipe
53 F4 sodaspar
20 Silica
15 Whiting
4.5 Strontium
6 EPK
10% stain (deep Drimson)
Subbed Barium Carb. for Strontium, used a red stain.
Shiny, stable clear glaze. Suppose all the red stain burned out, test =
shows a sh=EDny clear gloss.
I may have applied it too fast after mixing, so I will test it again =
when the sample batch settles more.
