(This is 2nd attempt to post this, that's why I made a disclaimer in the
subject line)

Hi everybody- just want to let you know that I sent in a description and
photo demonstrating (sort of) my plate glazing tool to Janet Kaiser, who has
developed a website for our benefit- The Strictly Unofficial Clay Art
Web Site, and has asked us to send ideas and photos.

To see this, go to http://www.clayart.fsnet.co.uk in the Glaze section.
Thanks a lot for posting this, Janet!

Ann Brink in CA, loading the Skutt for a glaze firing- the first after
getting new elements, shelves and posts, and repairing the kiln sitter.
Thanks to an idea I read here, I will be sure my cone packs are visible by
making conepacks of slab rectangles , with part of it bent at right angles
to be a background- will brush iron oxide on the backdrop part.

Hi Ann,
What a neat idea. Just wanted to thank you for sharing this with
us. Storing it away for future use. Wonder if there are bolts with pointed
ends, in case one does not have a bench grinder. Home Depot visit in on my
list for the near future, so will check it out.
Thanks.
All the best.

Veena
