The tool that I found best for burnishing is a burnisher that print makers
use on metal plates. It has a wooden handle, about a 4 inches of a narrow
metal piece extending from the handle. Can be found in art supply catalogues
under print making supplies. The pointed tip gets in any small area, works
for me.
