I've recently moved from Canada to Highland Park, NJ (Middlesex County, in
central NJ) and am looking for a studio that's both affordable and nearby.
I'm also a bit of an amateur - have only done pottery for a year but am
dying to keep going. Does anyone know of any place that sounds suitable in
this area?

Gabriella:
Try Middlesex Community College and/or Raritan Valley Community College; I do
not have personal experience with Middleseex College but I do have lots of
experience with Raritan Valley where you can get studio time, workplace etc.
by enrolling in one or more courses. In addition to class time, the studio
is generally available to students 6 or 7 days a week and you'll meet others
doing ceramic work as well.

Good luck!
