Greetings; I just received my ITC 100 through parcel
post and need information, no instructions were
included with the package. I have questions, is there
a minimal ambient temperature to apply, after I mix
with the fifty percent water is there a pot life, and
what is the best way to apply this product? Thanks to
everyone for their help. Best regards, Chuck Schultz

If you haven't gotten enough info from me or someone by tomorrow morning,
let me know and I'll write again. Ask specific questions.

If you ordered direct from Alice at ITC you should have gotten info. Who
did you buy from?

Don't apply below freezing. Spray surfaces with water. Wet them down
before using the ITC. You can spray the ITC on immediately after the water.
Keep mixed material as long as you like. It will not spoil. Put a tape
around the lid to seal out air so there is no evaporation. Best sprayer is
a sand blasting sprayer. Cost about $14 to $16 from Menards, Fleet Far,
Home Depot, etc. Spray at about 40 lbs pressure. Have some one keep the
mixture stirred for you. Keep the bucket up so that gravity aids in moving
the material through the spray gun.(Tom Wirt's suggestion.) I would also
advise keeping the suction end of the spray gun hose slightly off the
bottom of the bucket or there may be a tendency to get the hose plugged as
the material settle very fast. I sprayed at about 40 lbs. pressure. Don't
over apply. As Mel and Nils, et.all suggest - a thin coat is best!

Spray away!

Chuck,
I use a jiffy mixer to stir in the water (using a different container.
Make sure the mixture is not lumpy for spraying. You don't need to sift
it. Dampen the surface to be
sprayed with water first. I use the sand blaster ($20) with compressed
air (60lbs pressure works ok) to spray it onto the surface. The rod to
the hose of the sand blaster must be supported so it doesn't cause a
vacuum on the bottom of the bucket of ITC and stop spraying. The whole
system works really well and is done in seconds.
Good luck,
Marcia
