Just lately I have been pedaling my wares to a couple of local shops, and
the owners have been enthusiastic. We`ll see closer to Christmas how it
goes. Our guild got a call from a florist, asking if some of us would care
to sell vases, wall vases and the like through her. She personally prefers
the one of a kind, hands on vessels to mass produced. The potter tells her
how much they need, then she adds on a quite small percentage. Anyway, it
may be an idea for you who are thinking of outlets. I hadn`t thought of
florists, and they are all over. I just know the pots don`t sell sitting in
the basement. Lela
