seeking october 2000 issue of ceramics monthly

updated sun 22 oct 00

audrey leung on thu 19 oct 00

hi everyone,

i am new to clayart and have been enjoying all the postings immensely.
thanks to all for sharing all their knowledge!

my first post is to ask: does anyone have an october 2000 issue of
ceramics monthly that they don't want to keep? i just subscribed
myself, but they've refused to start my subscription in october,
and i would really like to have that issue, mainly for the piece on
rick malmgren.

if someone out there has what i'm looking for, please email me off
list. i'd really appreciate it! thanks.

Audrey,

Though they wouldn't start your subscription with October, I'll bet Ceramics
Monthly would be more than willing to sell you as many back issues as you
and your credit line can handle. I haven't subscribed to them for a while,
but if I remember right, there's an ad in most of their issues for the
ordering of back issues. If not, just call them.

Audrey - I won't part with mine but I suggest you contact your clay etc. supplier,
I think many of them bring in single copies or wait until next month and buy it
from CM as a back issue. Marj.

This is the 'current' issue.
You should be able to buy it wherever Ceramics Monthly is sold.
They carry it (as well as Clay Times) at my local Barnes & Noble.
Most ceramic suppliers also carry Ceramics Monthly.
At Trinity Ceramic Supply, they always have the current issue,
as well a the most recent half dozen previous issues.

If you still can't find a copy, you may contact me, as I do have a
couple of extra copies.

Can't you get your recent issue from CM? They do sell back issues, or at
least I think they still do. Write or call them, and welcome to the
clayart group. cnc
