Dear Clay Arters,
Each of my mugs are wrapped in foam wrap and placed in their own box,
then all the boxes of mugs are packed in a larger box (with proper
insulating packing around them). This IS expensive. I charge 12% for
packing and handling, plus the patron pays whatever the actual UPS
charge is.
