Dear Rebecca,
You should make reservations soon. You might try sharing with more
people or do a search for local hotels using mapquest to see what is
nearby. I don't know how much $ you'll need because it depends on what
you eat/drink. BUT there are also wonderful things to purchase at the
commercial booths at seemingly good prices.
I took 8 students last year. Some of them had a cooler of food with
them. Others found a food court with reasonable food. You can also
search restaurants on mapquest as well.
