I haven't yet tried the clay of Blackjack Clay Inc. in Murchison Texas, east
of Austin, but I hear it is pretty good. David Hendley wrote an article on
Blackjack Clay in Ceramics Monthly In the October 2000 issue.
I mentioned Armadillo Clay in Austin, complete line of ceramic supplies and
clay.
Hood's Clay in San Antonio was bought by ClayWorld. They have their own
brand of clays as well as clays by Aardvark. 1231 West Martin in San
