Source
C.M. Nov. 91

Tested on white, mid range stoneware, fired to 1220c, oxidation.

Receipe
2 Barium Carb.
7 Gerstley Borate
11 Lithium Carb.
3.0 Magnesium Carb.
14 Whiting
24. Neph. Sye
39 Flint

ADD
6.0 Zircopax
l7.0 RIO
6.0 Rutile

Resulted in stable, silk matt rust brown with a golden sparkle on top =
surface. No discernable difference where double dipped.

Personal: This was the darling of the glaze tests. Of course it =
contains both Barium and Lithium. It has a very beautiful golden =
shimmer to the surface.
If anyone would like to run it through their glaze calculator and =
remake it without G.B. and the Barium and/or Lithium, I will be happy to =
make the tests.
In fact the surface is very much like Gibby's Rose Tenmoku, if you know =
that one. Very warm, appealing color if you like those ochre and iron =
nuances.
