splitting and in a state of intense pain??? Is it a winter
thing I must endure?<
I have osteoarthiritis and what I find helps is paraffin bathes for my
fingers. I got an old wok, melted a bunch of paraffin in it, added about=
1/2 cup mineral oil (any oil will do). When I get up in the morning, I
turn on the wok to . Takes about 1/2 hour to completely melt. =
I submerge my hand in the wax for as long as I can stand it. Lift it out=
and submerge again. This process creates a thic wax coating on my finger=
s.
I wrap my hand in an oversized oven mitt and leave it there for 20
minutes. Feels so-o-o-o-o good. I sometimes do this 2x/day.
