Just got a chance to look at that thread on tiles, looks like most of the
bases are covered. I now make tiles only with my woodpowder clay with a
slipclay surface, dried between drywall. Now I leave the paperclay tiles
out in the air on their drywall bats for 3-4 hours before stacking them up
to shorten the drying time. Only have problems when I get impatient.
Recently read I think in CM suggestion column about rolling the tiles out
on some of that corrugated styrofoam packing to make the grooved back.
