I am assuming that this is a cone 10 glaze?? Sorry I don't remember
most of the posts as the holidays got in the way. Haven't read a lot in the
past month-looking forward to January and all the "free" time!

A while ago I looked for my recipe for Rutile Green, could not findit and
asked for help. That started the current divine rutile green thread. Guess
what? I found the original rutile green recipe on a page stuck to another
page with a dab of glaze..
I think the formula below came from Ceramics Monthly, but I could not find
it there.
This glaze is used primarily with Gustin Shino along with an oribe which
tends to reduce to copper red and a mottled green. Therutile copper glaze
is an olive tha cis sort of glossy. I use it thin so it never has a chance
to be glossy except at the very beginning of some brush strokes.
I call this 009 rutile green ( because I lost the original name)
Dolomite 15.8
QWhiting 11.1
PotashSpar 30.0
EPK 16.8
Silica 26.3
Copper Carb 5.0
Rutile 8.0
I think I used Custer, but it may have been G 200
Donald, in the 75 degree San Fernando Valley where the weather is what we
call Rose Bowl weather. It makes all the frost bitten that come here for
the game want to emigrate.
