Repair suggestion for plasti-bats w/ worn positioning holes. (Best viewed using mono-spaced font).
Find metal tubing, (copper or aluminum) which just fits over the positioning pins (tubing I.D. = pin diameter). Cut two short lengths of tubing = bat thickness to make two rings. Roughen outer surface of rings. Enlarge/ Drill out positioning holes if necessary so rings fit snugly in the hole. Check alignment by placing bat w/ rings inserted onto the wheel head. If alighnment is proper, secure rings to bat with 2 drops super glue. Be careful not to glue bat to wheel head.

If the holes in the bats are too large for the rings to fit snugly, secure the rings in the holes with epoxy. First place a waxpaper separator over the pins, then place the bat & rings onto the wheelhead over the pins. Again, don't glue the bats to the wheelhead.

I hope this is understood and works for you, good luck.
