Hello everybody:

Just wanted to thank everbody for their ideas on teaching, or
inspiring children to be creative. I am expecting my first child
in March and any ideas about this subject is rather interesting.
I do not have access to cable T.V. and find (TV) can eat up
so much precious time, that we don't seem to have much of
anyways. I look forward to learning about being a parenting
myself.
There is an art to that to.

Make sure you have some soft clay available at the delivery, put his/her
little hand on it as a welcome to a wonderful world and voila....another
potter in the world!

Actually, as i wrote this jokingly, I thought..wouldn't it be great to
make a tiny clay footprint before the feet even grow a wrinkle..

When our grandson was born I impressed his feet in clay and made spoon
rests - the parents loved giving to sisters, brothers and other grand
parents!

Also, this should prove to be a unique wedding gift to the boy and his
bride some years out!!!
