technique as i know it.

spray entire kiln with even coat of itc 100..thin.

take a rolling pin and roll the 10 inch squares of kaowool flat.
in a pan, flat..fill with itc 100 mixed with 50 percent water.
mixed well.

drop in one tile at a time...coat both sides.

push the tiles into the ifb wall....and make sure it is tight.
place the next one next to that...tight. and the next and next.
will work also on inside of roof.
fire the kiln when dry.

use very good kaowool..the cheap stuff falls apart.
make sure your kiln is clean, wash it out...get all crap off walls.
this works best with new ifbs.

good kaowool is held together with fibreglass...there is a side
that is almost like velcro. place that side against brick...sticks
great.

delkic does kilns 14 feet high and across with this technique.

if you have questions post me direct.
