Dear Dave,
F.W. Berk Ltd, who used to have an address in London, England were =
manufacturers of Fire retardant chemicals. They have several =
manufacturing divisions so you will need to look for industrial =
chemicals or something like that. I am sure you will pick them up on a =
web search.
At a pinch it is possible to use Sodium tetra borate. You soak the cloth =
in a strong solution but it leaves a crystalline residue. Used it on the =
school proscenium curtains. It seems to work but I would not recommend =
it.
