Bunsen Burner for Kiln
After completely and successfully converted my electric kiln to work with gas
reduction(coated my elements and kiln brick with ITC materials)
I'm ready to purchase a Bunsen Burner for my kiln from Frey Scientific.
THere are several choices....can anyone tell me which burner is the best to
place at the bottom of the kiln hole?
THe choices are
TIRILL BURNER(seperate control for both flame length and flame temp)
HIGH TEMPERATURE BURNER(meker type for a hot flame),
MICRO BURNER(with flame stabilizer),
ADJUSTABLE FORM BUNSEN BURNER(with threaded needle valve)
SIMPLE FORM BUNSEN BURNER

Also , do I need to purchase a flame stabilizer, too?
I greatly appreciate the help.

>MIKEPOTS@aol.com Mikael, 30 years ago I fired a
small,(3cubicft.Propane kiln with a simple Bunsen burner, A small plate on
top of the burner held astabilizer, simple venturi, measuring app, 4"high
with a 3/4" top, flaring to a 1.5" base with 3 holes as an accelerator.
>From timetotime, I made several of these venturae out of stoneware clay.
Worked very well,indeed.
