Speaking about pot bottoms. I have this great mug made by Neolia Cole of
Sanford, NC with prose on the bottom. It says: "Hi, love me tender".
Also, well-crafted, even decorated pot bottoms are nice if you are the
dishwasher. (Had to wash my own dishes for 7 years while living in Japan,
and so did my customers there who often commented on said decorated pot
bottoms.)
