I want to add my own input to this discussion because Howard Axner has
always responded to my requests for help. When I found a spray booth to be
too small, he arranged to have it picked up and delivered to another
customer who wanted it and then had the larger one sent to me. He did not
give me any difficulty over this and was very accommodating. He always
returns calls and responds to emails.
I would not ask him to do something illegal and would not expect it. There
is just too much at risk for him to do this. I met Howard in 1992 when he
co-hosted an architectural workshop and I spent many hours going through the
books at his store while I was there. He was very kind and helpful to
everyone in the group for the week that we were there, even letting us use
his computer to preview Insight.
