Driving home an evening ago, I had to pull over to the
side of the road. I was so distracted by the beauty of
our Palouse Hills covered in a blanket of snow. The
sunset was shining on them causing the high places to
look pink while the shaded areas were a gentle
blue-grey. They looked so much like upside down
translucent porcelain bowls with a light bulb held
under them...only even better.
Isn't it great to be among a group of people who have those like Jeanne =
that will take the time to stop and see our beauty; and more than that, =
talk about it. Thanks, Jeanne.
Les Crimp in Nanoose Bay, B.C. on an Island in the Pacific where we get =
a new painting looking out our front window across the bay and see all =
the snow capped mountains up toward Whistler/Blackcomb each day. We =
appreciate it and talk to each other about it.
