Knowing that the mayor has been recovering & not suggesting that he do more
than his share ... (this list serve seems to be enough) ... I was wondering
if anyone else plans to organize a hospitality suite at NCECA this year.

Vicky,
My understanding is that it's already all organized, and will be in
the Omni.

I was wondering if there are any plans for those of us able by geography
tobring any baked goodies, teas, cocoas, coffees, candies, snack foods or
whatever to the clayart room or will that be covered already? It would help
to know this well ahead so we can plan accordingly.
I have 3 new farberware urns to offer as available for beverage use if
needed if I know ahead before I drive up .
Is THERE ANY CHANCE WE CAN HAVE A MESSAGE BOARD at both the clayart room
and on the registration desk for NCECA so we can leave notes to contact
each other? WE MIGHT WANT TO BRING ENVELOPES(for privacy if you intend to
leave a room/phone number) FROM HOME AND PUSHPINS OR SCOTCH TAPE TO AFFIX
THEM.
IS THE ROOM NUMBER OF THE CLAYART HOSPITALITY ROOM KNOWN IN ADVANCE?
Is anyone planning to POST emailed pictures from the conference to a site
like PHOTOPOINT.COM so the ones unable to attend can attend vicariously?(we
WOULD need to set it up with a password for the group)Does anyone from the
NCECA committee or Charlotte know what the involved hotels will charge for
going online with the computer?(I HAD AN UNPLEASANT SHOCK AT THE HOTEL
MARRIOTT IN SAN FRANCISCO WHEN I HEARD THE COST)
