Claybuds--
I've received several private e-mails about supplements for arthritis after
I put the article on Glucosamine up for everybody.

A claybud in British Columbia recently pointed out to me that it's the
chondroitin, and not the glucosamine that comes from bovine cartilage. And
of course, that's correct. You can buy glucosamine separate from
chondroitin...which is what you should do....but there are several
supplements that only sell the two together...so look carefully at labels.
This person had to press hard at the health food store to get them to reveal
the source of the chondroitin in their supplements. You should do the same
thing. It's important to know where anything is coming from.

The study I put on the list used only glucosamine. Many people were scared
because of the mad cow disease problem and it is not the glucosamine that
comes from bovine cartilage, it's the chondroitin.
