There is a teaching position open at Belvoir Terrace a performing and fine arts center
for girls in the Berkshires. there is one week of orientation and seven weeks of
teaching. Ages of the girls range from 8 years to about 16. Must be able to work well in
community setting. One electric kiln, one gas and one raku kiln. One studio is set up
with four kick wheels, the other studio has five elctric wheels. MFA's preferred but will

in reference to the posting about the belvoir terrace summer job, i taught ceramics there in the summer of 1995 and it was a wonderful experience. the kids are amazingly bright and talented, and the food is great (they have chefs from smith college). if anyone would like more info before they apply, please feel free to contact me at spincy68@cs.com.
