I've been signed up since September, with just a few orders tricking in,
no re-orders yet. But: I spent more money to be in the printed Buyers'
Guide, and have been getting an inquiry a day about my "catalog" for the
last two weeks. We'll see if any of those turn into orders, and if those
turn into re-orders.
I'm happy with the professionalism of the site and of the people
running it. Chris Campbell, you've had success with it, yes?

Pat and others :

You cannot just wait to see if requests will turn into orders, and if
orders will turn into re-orders. You should call them within two or three
days of when you think they got the catalogue and ASK for the order. You also
follow up on the original orders and once again, ASK for the re-order.

Personally, this is my absolute least favorite thing to do and I would
almost rather clean out the clay mixer. You risk failure and rejection but
you have to do it or they forget all about you and give the order to the next
person who asks.
