I would like to pass along a hint from Pete Pinnell: there are two types
of plastic peanuts: those made from petroleum and those made from plant
material (cellulose). The latter type is water-soluble and will stick
tightly to leather-hard clay. So if you wish to transport wet greenware
pieces using peanuts check which type you have by putting a peanut in water
first.
