Cl Litman asked about leaky soap pumps.
I had trouble with those "glue down" screw collars for my soap pumps. They
leaked and came off (unglued) after a few times unscrewing and screwing the
thing when refilling.I tried several recomended glues...Now I use the pump
nozzles that use a cork.:-)I am much happier. No glue just pop em in and
it's ready to use or sell. ---Lisa in Fl.
It looks like spring is here.(With loads of pollen) Redbuds are starting to
bloom!

Just a word od advice,
The cork type dispensers come in natural cork or rubber. The
natural cork used to generate complaints from my customers. They
ROT! The rubber ones have been better received, but I encourage
potters to provide reorder info with soap pumps, since the
dispensers don't last forever.....also, leave the clay unglazed
at the point where the cork touches it. The dispensers like to
slide around.
Take Care
Jennifer, wishing she didn't know so many intimate details about
these damn things....my customers make me do it! :-(

I have made and used a number of soap dispensers by gluing the dispenser on.
However E6000 glue is the only one I have found that actually works and
lasts. That stuff works better than anything else including those
superglues. I bought it a Crafts Etc store. Comes in a silverish tube
