Hi ya'll..
I've found that after starting a beginner's yoga class my hips started =
to feel so much better than they had. (and my back, legs, shoulders..) =
It was aaaamazing! It makes sense though; all of those curled up =
contracted muscles and resulting joint pain needed a little =
counteractive stretching - a little reminder of where they ought to fit =
together. Hope this helps!
