Good day to all,
As it has been stated, a Kiln-Sitter is a mechanical device that needs to be
serviced on a regular basis. A cone can stick in the sitter if the prongs
are dirty, if the sitter is out of adjustment, if the rod in the sitter has
bent or if the interior of the tube has accumulated any kind of residue.
Orton promotes the servicing of the sitter on a regular basis. Parts can
usually be obtained from your local supplier. If you need further
