MASTERING THE WHEEL with Robert Finn
April 7 & 8 9:30-3:30 $75
Explore the line and architecture in wheelthrown and altered pottery. =
The
workshop begins at Robert's studio for demonstrations in the morning, =
and
then moves to the Potter=B9s Wheel for hands on throwing after lunch.
Bring your clay, tools and lunch.
GREENWARE SURFACE DECORATION with Dick Hotchkiss =20
Sat. May 5th 10am-2:30 $30 =20
Explore three types of decoration: Sgraffito, Inlay,
and Mishima. Bring 3 leatherhard pieces, a kemper clean-up tool, and
some soft Japanese styles brushes. And lunch.
RAKU FIRING with Chic Lotz & Sandy Frizzell
Sat. May 12 10am-4 $12+ firing fee per size of pot.
Bring already bisqued pieces, some glazes available. Use your own=20
glazes in advance if you want detailed painting of glazes.
Bring a pot luck lunch.
