Thanks to all who responded about one-day kids projects. Almost all of
the responses were made on the list.
For those of you interested, the project I've chosen as my first will be
the following:
I'll be bisque firing cookie cutter shapes of flat clay with holes in
them. I will also throw a large platter, which will have holes around
the outside rim, and will hang upside down. The kids will be painting
the bisqued shapes, which will be sprayed with acrylic sealer & hung on
the platter, creating a windchime that will grow as the day progresses.
A local arts guild has offered to them permanently house the chime on
it's covered front porch.
