Having attended many NCECA 's in my past and having been a glaze doctor,
also in the past, I found John's presentation perhaps the best I have
attended. It was well researched and presented, the visuals were clear and
to the point, and the vinegar demo served to enlighten many on the
importance of this serious issue.
Congratulations John, on a great job!
