I do not wish to respond to your 'off-line' e-mail offline, though if =
you post it 'on-line' I should be happy to.
I would like us to discuss our notions of 'form' in the open, and I =
should like to discover why you should choose to be so rude to me, or, =
if all you wish is to have a 'fight'.
Either way, 'Form' is of some importance, and so are our ideas OF it.
