interesting considering the number of times clayart has called me =
arrogant....mebbe I have a superiority complex.....inferiority....NOT
You saw 3 paintings at 250 pixels ....I've painted hundreds....E.M. =
Amrens & Assc. wrote me an appraisal for one at $5000 in 1980.....There =
is a slightly upscale restuarant(Pavoratti's Italian Cafe) in =
Richardson(n. Dallas) that recently reopened in a new bigger location =
and added 4 more of my paintings to the 5 they had in their old location =
for the past 5 years.....Last friday they had a line outside the =
door....I'm sure it has more to do with the food than my work but my =
work helps with the ambiance so I'm told....I would have more on the =
website if I hadn't foolishly installed IE6.0beta recently.....now I can =
no longer edit the yahoo website or DL from the web or see the headers =
in outlook express....When I get that straightened out I'll put much =
more up cause I got plenty of room....
I'm curious, what exactly was it about the paintings you saw that =
set you off? or was it the words on the earthlink site?.....Are the =
paintings not abstract enough for you?....too abstract?....I'll tackle =
any motif....Got a favorite?....I'll send you a jpg
Also my paintings do not travel well as pictures....They are based =
on a technique developed by Jan Van Eyck in the 15th century which was =
written up in National Geographic in the early 70's....You have to see =
them in person to understand how cool they are....
If you think about it, there might be a reason for many of my posts =
being a little on the defensive sideHEHEHEHE(laughing at you)...As for =
hostility...I usually dish out less than I receive(got a mirror?)
