good (bailey) kiln purchase experience (was now i know why...)

I ordered my last kiln new from Bailey - they took care of my freight charges in
the purchase price, followed up with the freight company and with me to time the
delivery as best as possible, and though they warned me the delivery person
wouldn't help with unloading, he, in fact, was charming as pie, and not only helped
my husband & friend unload & place it, he helped get out the stand, put the kiln on
the stand (he'd delivered them before), and even took away the crates for us. As
usual, an order from Bailey that ended perfectly. My advice (as per Mr. Howard's
suggestion, below) for all ceramic companies would be to follow Bailey's "the
customer is part of our family" examples. The smallest kindness goes an awful long
way these days.
