I bought a kiln and two wheels from Bailey. Everything went fine every ti=
me,
except when I complaint about a brand new kiln shelf that broke during
firing. I was requested to send a photograph as evidence and that was the
last about that. Another kiln shelf broke in the same way and I did not e=
ven
bother to contact them back again. Someone else complaint abouit the same
kind of shelf breakage more or less the same time. So I am pretty sure th=
e
mistake was with the shelves.
I wonder now, if I want to buy more equiptment what will my decision be,
since I believe the sevice should be as good as the product.
