I registered for the Clennell workshop today! And, the Days Inn room rate
of $82 went down to $69.70 for those over 55!!! It should be a GREAT
workshop!! We are trying to round up some other people from this area...

Hi everyone,

There are 2 of us clayarters (that I know about) planning to attend this
workshop, and I'd love to know about any others.

I'm looking forward to it because 1-I'm a Clennell fan. You only have to
see the beautiful Clennell pots to appreciate the enormous talent and
skill involved, and I'm hoping some of that rubs off! and 2-the
workshop takes place exclusively on a weekend, Sat & Sunday, a great time
for those of us who hold M-F day jobs.

Also, State College is in the middle of Pennsylvania, with all sorts of
roads leading there. I'll bet it's not a bad trip from the east coast!
Also, the motels in that area, on that weekend are not too badly priced.

All in all, Billie Schwab and I would love to spend time with other
clayarters. Be sure to call Charles to register soon. (Usual disclaimer -
I have no commercial interest involved.)
