When I had this happen, I figured it was the bubbles
on top of the bucket of wet glaze (porcelain shino).
Thereafter I tried to stir the bucket very quietly and
then push any surface bubbles over to one side so they
did not get on the pot I was glazing. This got rid of
the bubbles.
