ANNOUNCING CERAMIC TEACHING/TECHNICIAN POSITION:

Full time, one year contract, (three years
possible), benefits,
$27,000. To teach one course and assist with the
teaching of advanced
independent study ceramic students.

Maintain and manage all aspects of a university
ceramic facility to
include, gas and electric kilns, pottery wheels,
clay and glaze making
equipment and materials.

Notre Dame's ceramic program offers a BA, BFA and
MFA degree. Currently
the curriculum is composed of five courses,
independent study students,
and three graduate students. The program is
closely aligned with
sculpture and all facilities are available.

The ceramic program is looking for a person that
is motivated toward
evolving their own personal ceramic work, as well
as to gain experience
as a university ceramic teacher and studio
manager.

Applicants must have an MFA in ceramics.
