With regard to your comment fumes, which make metals corrode like crazy, but are benign to humans.>
First, it is my understanding that breathing Hydrogen chloride can lead =
to Emphysema or Pulmonary Oedema. Perhaps we should take medical opinion =
on the matter.
Second, based on research in done in the UK circa 1960. There are many =
other things discharged from a salt glaze kiln which would lead to =
metallic corrosion.
