Three interesting potters...

Jacopo de la Serna
Studio Artes de la Serna: Pottery and Ceramics

Traditional Smoked Pottery by this artist who works in
a revival of traditional pottery styles found in the
colonial villages of the Rio Grande south of Soccoro.

David Pier
Precision Porcelain Pottery

Unusual, very smooth forms. (Site minimal at present.)
David Pier's website is under construction,
but there is work on view at the above URL.
My favourite is the mortar and pestle at:

Steve Irvine

This Canadian potter does gorgeous work. He was mentioned
in a post a number of months ago by June .
His highly decorated forms are varied, but based mainly on the
functional aesthetic. Wheel thrown, sometimes altered pieces,
and large hand built work. Here's a quote from his artist's
statement: "I prefer to let forms and surfaces develop and
evolve from firing to firing."
