hi folks!

After much dreaming, we have decided to sell out our home and studio and
move to western north carolina to pursue our dream of a different way of
living. As a result, we're offering our teaching studio business for sal=
e.
It is a solid and profitable business and is an acheievement that we are
very proud of accomplishing. We would love to find a new owner that will
nurture and grow it, and continue to provide a positive, creative
environment for the students that have supported us over the years, as we=
ll
as the new ones that arrive every session.

Photos of the studio (as well as the text that follows) can be seen at
www.geocities.com/claygroundpottery/forsale.html
Please feel free to view them.

We have an excellent group of students (over 50 adults!) some of which ha=
ve
been with us more than 2 years. They are excited for us, anxious for
themselves, and we are all committed to placing the studio in good hands.
We are continuing our class schedule and do not plan to close the studio,
and are ready to make a transition at any time.

Please feel free to email offlist with any questions or comments.

Sincerely,

Mark and Katherine Boyd

occupied. There are separate rooms for gallery/retail, handbuilding, gl=
aze

room. There are currently 11 electric wheels and 2 large electric kilns.
There is also on-property parking front and back. The owners will lease =
the
building to the new buyer for continued operation of the studio, and will
consider serious purchase offers for the building in conjunction with the
purchase of the business.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to obtain a fully functional,
profitable, established studio that requires no startup investment or
energy. In addition, the student population already exists, and is
increasing each session. A new owner will be able to walk in, continue t=
