acres of land in Harpursville NY (20 miles outside of Binghamton, NY)
There is a separate living space on the property where the homeowner, a
proficient potter, kiln builder and cool person, lives. Rent is $450/month
which includes studio space and use of kiln but doesn't include utilities or

School of Crafts and became good friends with Julie Crosby while I was
there. She makes great pots, has built several kilns and would be a
