Dear Bonnie,
Your mother in law may want to try altering the brush
handles by adding the slip-on cushions for pencils,
found at many office supply or art supply stores.
Another idea for brushes of different diameters, is to
buy different sizes of clear plastic tubing, found at
hardware or pet supply stores. Some sizes of tubing
will fit snuggly inside the next larger one, so the
thickness could be built up. This way she could
experiment with what size suits her best. Hurray to
you and her for finding ways to keep the creativity
flowing!
