Hey Capt'n.,
Make your hummingbird feeder so it hangs a little off-center.
Insert the feeder tube so the tip tilts up more horizontally.
This should take care of dripping, but it also means there is
a 'right way' and a 'wrong way' to install the feeder tube,
so instructions are needed to go with the feeder, so the buyer
and/or user will know about it.
