Hello again Dave,

That sounds like the process. Our Tech Studies Depts in high schools use =
the process and generally have an ordinary kitchen oven. Great way to =
finish steel objects so that they do not rust. Best if they are grit =
blasted first to get rid of scale and rust.

I have been toying with the idea of getting a Powder Weld set up to hard =
surface steel turning tools. the torch simultaneously sprays and fuses =
an alloy onto the steel at red heat.

Good to hear from you.

Best regards,

Ivor.

Ivor!

Thank you. This could just be the device we are looking for. I'm going
to start looking for such a device right away. Perhaps there won't be
any immediate need to involve electostatics. This could keep it all
simple. If it can be used directly or modified to handle stains we
could avoid many complications like "colorant" change overs.

Thanks again,
